Ben Butler serves as Assistant Vice President and Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Prior to joining Fidelity National Title, he was associated with the law firm of Collins Bargione & Vuckovich in Chicago where he spent more than a decade specializing in commercial and real estate related litigation and transactional matters. Ben’s extensive legal background and expertise is one of the ways he differentiates himself, and he takes great pride in being a trusted advisor and resource for his customers and his colleagues.

Ben earned his Juris Doctor with Honors from the University of Wisconsin Law School, Order of the Coif, and his MBA from the University of Wisconsin School of Business. He earned his Bachelor’s degree with Honors from Missouri Southern State University where he was also a captain of the MSSU soccer team. Ben is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Wisconsin, and is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the State Bar of Wisconsin. He is also an active member of NAIOP, CoreNet Global and Valley Partnership in Arizona.

When Ben is not working he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing and volunteering in his community.
