Jerry Staeckeler serves as Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined the Phoenix NCS in 2018 and works to insure a smooth closing for each and every transaction. This includes confirming that all title items needed are provided and satisfied for closing, and maintaining a steady stream of communication with all parties in the transaction. Jerry handles any title issues that may arise and takes care of them or finds a solution that works for title and satisfies the client. He has been in the escrow industry for 18 years. Jerry started out in residential and has vast experience in the residential sector and has also handled REO, short sales and auction transactions. He moved to the commercial sector in 2014.
