John Robert Johnson serves as Senior Vice President and Manager for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. John has been in the commercial title business for over 20 years, the last 12 with Fidelity National Title. He feels fortunate to be part of a great team; John, Mary Garcia, Michelle Burton, Kelli Vos, and Sandy Vos, have been together for 20 years. Among John’s clients, spread throughout the United States, at least seven have been with him for over 20 years. His focus on integrity, honesty, responsiveness, listening, and attention to detail, has resulted in fierce loyalty, not only from his employees, but his customers as well.

John fills a variety of senior roles at the Fidelity National Title office in downtown Phoenix – Vice President, Commercial Sales Manager, and Co-Manager of the NCS Division. By keeping a hand in management, sales, and operations, he ensures that his work ethic permeates throughout the entire office. Closing a deal with John is simply the beginning of a client’s relationship with him, not the end.

Too often people in sales feel like once the deal is done, and the ink is dry, their job is over. In reality, for my clients to be successful, which is what this is really about, the person in sales, the man or woman there at the beginning, needs to still be there at the end. When my clients call, no matter where they are in the process of a deal, no matter how “big” or “small” the dollar amount, I pick up the phone when they call.

John earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Hastings College and continues to attend professional growth workshops as well as being a part of local organizations like Valley Partnership.
