Johnny Maldonado serves as Title Assistant for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He joined the company in 2001 and since that time his responsibilities have grown tremendously. Johnny places orders mainly for multi-site transactions, and receives and sends out commitments and documents to all parties. He also has an important role in post-closing in which he reviews policies and newly recorded documents before sending them out to customers to ensure that everything is exactly as the customer is expecting.

Johnny’s experience with the company has been nothing but great and he enjoys what he does every day. He knows that customers come to Fidelity for a reason -- because they know that Fidelity is the best at what they do. Johnny values putting quality into his work product down to making sure the label on a commitment or file folder is straight, neat and lined up correctly. He knows this attention to detail is what the customer wants and deserves.
