Mary Garcia serves as Senior Vice President and Branch Manager for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. Mary is a solution oriented, detailed risk analyzer who began her career in the title industry in 1985. Her skills and experience result in her unique ability to advocate many unusual risks that often present themselves during the course of commercial closings. These include multi-site, multi-state, and single site large transactions that range from straight forward sales, HUD loans, refinances and more complex closings involving 1031 Exchanges, Defeasance payoffs, to mergers of casino entities spanning several states.
