Patty Neuman serves as Senior Commercial Title Officer and Underwriter for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She started in the industry in 1979 and joined Fidelity in 2018.

Patty's responsibilities include underwriting titles by reviewing and approving documents necessary to facilitate the closing of transactions. She routinely reviews and approves corporate/LLC documents, surveys and instruments to be placed of public record. Patty is also responsible for issuing pro forma and final title policies and endorsements.
