Erin Leatham serves as Commercial Escrow Assistant for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. She joined Fidelity in 2015 and assists the lead escrow officer in closing transactions. Erin’s duties include creating spreadsheets, researching title documents to clear title issues, and assisting in settlement of funds. She has assisted in organizing a 270 site transaction including multiple buyers in order to close by deadline.

Erin graduate from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Arts – History. Her favorite classes were Understanding Race and Sex Historically (a look into the development of law toward race and gender), Psychology in Mental Illness and Advanced Writing in Law. She currently lives in Gilbert, Arizona.
