Will serves as Vice President, Sales Executive & Underwriting Counsel for Fidelity National Title’s Phoenix National Commercial Services (NCS) operation. He establishes customer accounts while building and maintaining trusted relationships and provides underwriting counsel for national transactions and REIT portfolios across the country. Will also delivers industry education and guidance to national REITS, development companies, commercial brokers & lenders, as well national law firms – with real estate lawyers in multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining Fidelity, Will was a partner with an Alabama law firm, where he practiced commercial real estate law, corporate governance, tax law, and estate planning. Additionally, he worked with Caterpillar, Inc. as in-house counsel to Caterpillar’s Rail Division – managing real estate activities in 143 countries worldwide.

Will graduated from Auburn University in 2003 and The University of Alabama School of Law (J.D., 2006, LL.M. in Taxation, 2010), and he is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, and Tennessee (admission pending). Prior to moving to Phoenix, Will served on the education committee and legislative affairs committee for the Southeast Land Title Association, the Land Title Association of Mississippi, and the Land Title Association of Alabama. He regularly speaks at regional and national title insurance seminars where he provides a wealth of experience in the areas of compliance, complex commercial transactions, management, and training. He is an active member of Valley Partnership in Arizona.
Will, and his wife Leslie, reside in Scottsdale and are the proud parents of two children, Rachel and Crawford. When Will is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, golfing, cycling, and volunteering in his community and at his local Catholic parish.
