Michelle Burton is an Assistant Vice President and Senior Commercial Escrow Officer for Fidelity National Title’s National Commercial Services (NCS) operation in Phoenix. Michelle manages all aspects of title, escrow and closing on complex multi-site, multi-state and single site large commercial transactions across the country.

Michelle is known by her peers and her clients as a top flight escrow officer with the experience, skills and expertise to effectively solve any challenge that might arise during a transaction. She has nearly two decades of experience in the title and escrow business, and has been a part of the Phoenix NCS team focusing exclusively on complex commercial transactions since 2004. During that time, Michelle and her team have successfully closed more than a thousand commercial transactions across the country.

When she is not working, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and her three boys, playing with her dogs, reading and hanging out at the beach or on a lake. She also enjoys household projects and can often be found in her yard planting flowers and trees, or redecorating a room in her home.
